Alan Koch's Guacamole
3 ripe but firm avocados
1 large peeled and seeded large dice tomato
1 clove garlic pressed
1 small roasted Jalapeño use as much for heat as you think right
2 TBL small dice onion
1 TBL Worchester sauce
1/2 t soy
2 Tbl mayo yogurt or sour cream
Optional - to taste - Lime juice, Cilantro, Salsa Verde
Chop up with egg chopper and salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I put in cilantro and lime and other times I put in a couple tablespoons of medium salsa verde.
Gold Country Bean Dip
1 8 oz package Philadelphia Cream
Cheese
1 can refried beans
20 drops tabasco sauce
1 small carton Sour Cream
1/2 package Lawrey's Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of Jack and Cheddar Cheese
well and place in a casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese,
cover and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let
rest for 10 minutes and serve with tortilla chips or Frito Scoops.
